To start with, my name is Christopher S. Allen and I was born in Houston Texas. (fast forward a few years) After high school, my desire to go to college led me into the United States Navy; where after four years of hard work and dedication to my country I would receive the MGI bill to pay for college tuition. Well I served my time and I am proud to have done it, after four years of service to my country I have a different perspective than I think I would have ever gained with out having served my country. Now I have finally closed one chapter in my life and I am on to the next one. I am in this course to complete a credit needed to obtain my degree in physics, after I obtain my bachelors I plan on going strait into my Masters degree and during which I will attempt to get a internship at NASA. Working for NASA has been the entire reason I have set forth on the path which I am headed down. I am ready and eager to begin this course.

My brother graduated high school and served with the Navy for about 8 years. His main reason was that he got his girlfriend pregnant senior year and needed the help with tuition and of course wanted to start a family. It really helped him take a step in the right direction and he gained a clearance level (he makes more $$ with the clearance on his resume) that has helped him find a job he enjoys now. He now has four kids and has supported his family ever since joining the navy. Im very glad it helped you in starting down your path as well, and good luck with your goals from here on out.
